The Sanctuary Villa includes a mezzanine bedroom overlooking a large living area with a cathedral ceiling, while all villas provide fully equipped kitchens with pantry staples.

Amenities & Sustainability

The property operates a rainwater collection system for water self-sufficiency and provides an electric vehicle charging station on-site. Guests have access to two marked walking trails on the grounds for hiking and bird watching, and each villa includes a fireplace for cooler evenings. Board games and puzzles are available, and the retreat uses soundproof rooms for added privacy.

Seascape Retreat sits on hundreds of acres of natural landscape in Hindmarsh Valley, within a short drive of the McLaren Vale wine region and the Coorong National Park. The location provides views that stretch down the valley to Victor Harbor, Granite Island, and The Bluff. Guests can explore Kangaroo Island or visit local wineries, with Victor Harbor 20 minutes away by car.
